Kinetix Physical Therapy

I had such a fantastic experience with Kinetix! I worked with Dr. Jed Meyers (and a whole team of interns/therapists—you guys rock!) and was instantly put at ease. PT felt like a scary, intimidating thing at first, but the team made it a comforting, supportive environment. Every one of them was skilled enough to answer any questions I had or help with exercises, and it felt like they were all rooting for me. I went in for lower back pain and came out with pain management techniques, a workout plan, significantly decreased pain, and a whole bunch more confidence! I will definitely be recommending Kinetix and Dr. Jed!!

I went to Kinetix for some knee pain during my marathon training. Jen did such a thorough job of evaluating me and getting me set up with exercises. Brian and Carter were a great team making sure I understood my exercises and checking in on how I was feeling. I got to my marathon day strong and ready because of this awesome team. 10/10 recommend.

I cannot recommend Jack enough as a physical therapist. Jack's expertise and knowledge in his field are truly impressive. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and develop a personalized treatment plan that targeted my specific needs. Throughout my sessions, Jack was welcoming, and knowledgeable. He explains complex concepts in a way that I could understand. Thanks to Jack's expertise and guidance, I have made significant improvements in my physical strength and mobility. I am grateful for his exceptional skills as a physical therapist and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. Jack is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure his patients receive the best care possible.

I had hip revision surgery and was quite debilitated. Working with the Kinetix team was great! From initial evaluation to “graduation,” each person there was knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. Carter Myers was my therapist, and I’m so thankful for that - his plan for optimal healing and strengthening set me on the right path going forward. I have a second hip surgery coming up, and will go back to Kinetix for that rehab as well. I would highly recommend Kinetix to anyone!

The team at Kinetix are amazing! Before I started going to PT with them walking was very difficult without having pain but now I feel great! Their laser treatment was actually very beneficial and I recommend it if you can. Carter and Jennifer were my PTs and I highly recommend them, they’re both extremely kind and know how much to push you to get you to get you the best results. Thanks again to the team at Kinetix!

I was having excruciating neck pain that affected my sleep and I could only sit in an upright chair or stand. After 5 weeks of physical therapy my pain is totally gone and I have increased my muscle strength allowing me more flexibility. I worked with Michael McWilliams and Caleb Holt but mostly with Caleb and they were incredibly skilled professionals and fun to work with. Caleb broke down the exercises step by step making it very easy to comprehend and explained how they would strengthen my neck and back muscles. I always looked forward to going to Physical Therapy appointments. The staff made it very enjoyable. The employees at the check in desk were always friendly and they would welcome me by name. Isabella, Gabe and the other interns and volunteers did an exceptional job helping me with my exercises. Everyone always asked how I was doing and always welcomed me with a big smile. I highly recommend Kinetix for anyone needing Physical Therapy and a fun experience! My wife also had an exceptional experience when she went to Kinetix several years ago and highly recommended that I go there. P.S. On a personal note I enjoyed discussing football with both Isabella and Gabe. Gabe, I hope your New York teams do well, even the New York Jets as I am a Johnnie Unitas Baltimore Colt fan way back from Super Bowl III, long before you were born.

I would like to thank Dr Meyers for an excellent treatment he has given me. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and had a limited ability to walk without pain. I was amazed how knowledgeable Dr Meyers is getting the source of the problem. He created a joyful and fun environment that I really enjoy. He goes above and beyond with patient care and he does it with a great smile. My plantar fasciitis is improving as time goes by. My sincere gratitude for his time, expertise, kindness and friendly attitude. He is an exceptional PT.
